Democratic Lawmaker: Women Who Wear Revealing Clothing Invite Sexual Harassment

What a revelation!  With all the talk about sexual harassment taking place nowadays whether it be in the Halls of Congress, the White House, or in the business environment, who would've ever come up with the idea that the type of clothing that many women wear today is nothing more than an invitation to sexual harassment.  Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur 71, (D-OH) was exactly right.  She was speaking of a situation in Congress where one member had cleavage so deep that it was down to the floor.  They were at a caucus private meeting discussing sexual harassment.  Kaptur stated that the military and the business world have dress codes .  She stated she had been appalled at the dress of ...members and staff.  She said when she first came to Congress her office was a refuge for female staffers who were mistreated by their boss.  She stated that the victim wasn't at fault at any way if they are harassed.

Rep. Kaptur, I appreciate your stand on this issue of dress.  With the issue being of the number of perverts we have in today's society, it's very important for women to learn how to adorn themselves when it comes to apparel that they wear in the public eye.  What Ms. Kaptur said isn't something you're going to hear from our news and entertainment media today.
