Are Democrats Starting to Panic Over the Virginia Governor's Race?

This year there are two governor's races in the U.S.  They both are in the state of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  According to pollsters, the Democratic candidate in each state should win the election this year.  There's not much excitement in either of the gubernatorial races.  New Jersey Chris Christie left New Jersey in a mess.  The Republican candidate in Virginia is Ed Gillespie, who isn't a very formidable candidate himself.  Lieutenant Governor Ralph Northam doesn't possess much of a personality.  You would think since Terry McAuliffe has been the Democratic governor of Virginia the past four years, you would think the chances of a Republican capturing the governorship would be stronger this time.  Gov. Terry McAuliffe was the former Democratic National Chairman and a friend of the Clintons.  However, in this article in Townhall.com, some Democrats are somewhat concerned.  I believe partially because this year in our nation's special elections, the Republicans have held the edge.  Consequently, this election doesn't exude much enthusiasm either way.  Click on the above link to read the full story.
