Former 2012 presidential candidate Rick Santorum, former two-term Senator from Pennsylvania, has announced one again that he's tossing his hat into the ring to run for president in 2016. In his previous presidential campaign where he won the state of Iowa in the caucus, he placed much emphasis on moral issues such as abortion. This time he made his announcement on a Wednesday night in Cabot, Pennsylvania, which is on the outskirts of Pittsburgh. This time he's running with a more populist appeal.
