The U.S. House of Representatives voted Wednesday 236 to 191 to approve a Department of Homeland Security bill that prohibits the Executive Branch from taking action to carry out the unilateral amnesty that President Obama signed as an executive order back in December.  The bill includes an amendment sponsored by Rep.
