House, Senate Negotiators 'Reach Budget Deal'

House and Senate Negotiators 'Reach Budget Deal'

House and Senate negotiators unveiled an $85 billion agreement late Tuesday to fund federal agencies through the fall of 2015.  However, there weren't any budget cuts in this deal.  It's a joke.  These Republicans are so foolish it's not even funny.  Both House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan and Senate Budget Committee Chairman Patty Murray made the announcement together and called this agreement a "bipartisan budget compromise."  Half of the spending cuts known as the sequester will be cancelled.  I wouldn't be surprised if all the sequester "cuts" are cancelled.  This isn't a true budget deal.  There's no excuse in the amount of spending that's in this budget.  America is broke the GOP in the House won't utilize the constitutional authority they have in controlling the purse.  The GOP House can defund many items (including Obamacare), but they refuse to do so.  To read the full story, click on the above story from the Washington Post.
