Federal Court Declines to Halt Same-Sex Marriages in Utah
It's a great tragedy in America when U.S. District Judge Robert Shelby can overturn a law that Utah voters passed in 2004 which bans same-sex marriages. Utah is a state where the Mormon church opposes same-sex marriage. The judge used the 14th amendment as a lame excuse that sodomite couples' rights were being violated by the ban. That's nothing but judicial activism that's unconstitutional. Also, America's founding roots were based on Judeo Christian values and Christianity has always condemned sodomy, much less gay marriage. Our country is turning towards a totalitarian state where the voice of the American people doesn't matter, such as the case in Utah.
