The Freedom Index: A Congressional Scorecard Based on the U.S. Constitution

http://www.thenewamerican.com/freedomindex/

Here's a list of U.S. Representatives and Senators on the Congressional Scoreboard from the website, "New American" and it gives the percentage scores on each of the Senators and Representatives based on the percentage of how often each one voted in favor of the U.S. Constitution whenever there was a vote before Congress.  Not a single Senator voted for Constitution 100%.  Rand Paul of Kentucky was the closet with a 93% score.  Only two Representatives voted for the Constitution 100"%.  Can you identify the two?  Click on the above link to read the scores.
