It's not surprise that Americans' view of the U.S. Supreme Court is at an all-time low.  Given the ruling the U.S. Supreme Court gave on the constitutionality of Obamacare last June, you can't expect the Court to be fair and impartial concerning the Constitution and America's freedoms.  I also don't trust the Supreme Court to make the right decision concerning Proposition 8, which is the case involving the same-sex marriage ban that Californians approved a few years ago.  Justice John Roberts is no conservative.  I'm certain he will find a way to find a so-called constitutional excuse to invalidate Proposition 8.  The Supreme Court is just as political as Congress is.  The homosexual lifestyle is being sanctioned all across the country by numerous lower courts and state legislatures.  Same-sex marriage is being made law in many states.  I guarantee you eventually the U.S. Supreme Court will jump on the bandwagon themselves.  If they don't do it in this ruling, they eventually will.  But I'm fearful they'll overturn Proposition 8 and state that states can't discriminate against homosexuals from marrying if they so desire.  The Supreme Court doesn't care about the Constitution nor the Judeo-Christian base upon which our country was founded upon.  It's a sad day in our country.
