Morning Bell: What IS the Fiscal Cliff?
I have posted a link from the Heritage Foundation which gives a primer on what a fiscal cliff is. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke coined the term "fiscal cliff" while urging Congress to avoid a steep drop off for the economy at the end of the year thanks to automatic tax increases and automatic budget cuts.
